⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough great things about Dalia & Dalia’s Detox Program! From the very first session, I felt supported and motivated to make lasting changes. After having two kids, I struggled to lose weight and tried countless diets without success. Dalia’s program was the only thing that truly helped me get my body and metabolism back on track. I lost weight, gained energy, and developed a healthier relationship with food. The community aspect was a huge plus too! I felt connected and inspired by others on the same journey. If you’re looking to change your life for the better, I highly recommend Dalia’s Detox Program. It's truly a game-changer!

I can’t even begin to describe how THANKFUL I am to have done Dalia’s detox. I’ve been following it for exactly 3 months, and am 36 pounds down. She has taught me how to eat clean for the rest of my life. If you follow it the way she advises, you will truly feel your very best and the best part is you will lose unwanted weight along the way. In addition, Dalia is so easy to be in contact with and always answers all my questions. Forever grateful for her and her plan. I feel incredible all thanks to her.

I've tried many diets, but none have been as easy or as effective as Dalia's Diet. After 40 days, I've already lost 26 pounds and continue to shed 2-3 pounds per week. The best part is, it's not too hard or restrictive. Dalia provides exceptional support every step of the way. I highly recommend it. Just a small caveat—I do miss my french fries!

Hard to put into words what it took for me to finally trust someone else to help me loose weight. I was working out eating right but simply put I was so stuck. In comes Dalia with the phase 1 madness and the first week was rough, I almost quit. Start of the second week I gained some confidence remembered why I’m here and started going all in. 6 weeks and 16 pounds down and more inches than I could have imagined, I’m HAPPY, comfortable in my own skin and buying lots of new clothes. The journey isn’t easy but, Dalia makes it fun, funny and comfortable. She taught me to be more mindful and even though I eat well there was a lot of things I learned and IT WORKS! A month+ off the diet and I’m still loosing weight. Dalia you’re amazing super dedicated and a life saver. Thank you for everything.
