Dalia's Detox program was a life changer. She taught me to eat the right way ,which really works. I've tried many different programs & this was successfully! Dalia was always there to answer any questions. Her recipes are good & helpful. Definitely worth a try!

Dalia’s Detox program is amazing. Not only is it a weight loss journey, but it gives you a whole new mindset. What’s been great with Dalia’s program is learning what’s good for my body and what’s not - that a diet doesn’t mean “diet food” - that a diet doesn’t mean drastically cutting calories.
