I was charged £89 for some service I had apparently signed up for along with £30 for replacing lost licence. I complained and got £119 refund, so not sure what to make of it all I phoned DVLA on 0300 083 0013 at 3pm,10minute wait, explained problem, paid £20, and had licence at 9.0am next morning - fabulous service
