dalencar.comReviews of dalencar.com

This site is a SCAM. My son had GBP90 stolen by this site. He is a 16-year-old working hard to save money and these thieves scammed the lad. It is so sad that they will also get away with it.

It's a scam. Fortunately, I realised this on the last page, just before processing any payment. It is not the DVLA website. Do not use it. They charge you extortionate amounts of money for a service that costs only £14 on the DVLA website.

Scammed👎🏼 kys scammers

Don’t be dismayed if you have fallen for this this too. It is very much not the DVLA. Immediately after, email them about the mistake. Look at other reviews for other scam driver license sites. These reviews will state exactly what to write in your emails. You should receive varying amounts in refund offers that will increase if u keep asking. Ask for your desired refund amount and they will provide it if you keep persisting after each email, even after it states that it is the maximum. I got an offer of £16 and I managed to push it to £70 out of the scammed £81 for my provisional. If you keep persisting, which will look like at least 16 exchanged emails or more, you will get to this amount or the full refund if you persist even more. Good luck.

Scam don’t tell u the price then once you pay it’s £120

DO NOT USE incredibly misleading, doesn't show prices and charges £100+ for a provisional that should be £34. They claim its for 'what they do for you', so the price for the licence IS £34, but then they add additional charges without telling you. Trying to get a refund or the £70+ back.

Applied for provisional license payed £115 Instead of 35 on gov website + I received no emails nothing just text message unable to get ahold of customer service or anything

Only gave 1 star as had to to write the review! Be aware of the dalencar driving licence misleading webpage. I didn’t realise I was replacing my licence through dalencar. I have been charged an extortionate amount of money for something that is free through the gov website. I am waiting to hear if they will refund me. BEWARE AVOID
