I received I quick reply back from the company guaranteeing I would receive it on time and gave me a link to use. beautiful ornament & came quickly

4.5 stars: The item I customized and purchased was very good quality. I purchased a desk art that was embedded with photos. It would have been great if the item had a clear backing layer. 3.75 stars: clarity of communication on the time to build and ship. 3.5 stars: website. Ther was space to put the apartment number as part of the address, however, that didn’t get picked up and added to the order. A round of emails had to happen to make that correction.

Ordered a 24x30 wrapped canvas newspaper retirement gift and it arrived quick, was well packaged and exactly as described. Highly recommend this company and will definitely do business with them again!

When the personalized 21st birthday gift arrived that we were giving our granddaughter, the printed 21 was smeared badly. I immediately sent pictures to Daisihome. They were very apologetic and promptly sent another one that was perfect! It was a joy to work with this professional company!
