I had a good experience with organization of the shipment process. The usual manual input requires a lot of time and attention, tracking is difficult and in general requires more effort while leaving a space for mistakes. Once everything is structured and organized by professionals I get to enjoy the freedom and relaxed mode. Knowing that huge part of the process is done by someone you can trust is priceless. I liked the analytics and the help with the stock. The delivery however was mediocre, some items arrived in damaged boxes and some of the orders were late. I'd say it's OK for bulk orders but not personalized ones.
