Very disappointed with my experience at this location. DQ park royal Yesterday I was charged $10 for a medium orange juice, which I only noticed later when checking my bank statement. I’ve purchased the same drink at other DQ locations and it has never cost anywhere near $10. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a receipt, but I strongly believe this charge should be investigated. Please look into what is happening at this location, as other customers may also be overcharged without realizing it.

Went into this DQ with 2 Service Dogs and instantly the kid behind the counter inquired about them in the store. We told him they were service dogs. Not 10 seconds later, another kid came from the back and said they do not allow dogs in DQ. We explained again, they were service dogs. Then another 10 seconds and the manager come from the back and with an attitude tells us we need to leave because they do not allow pets. We AGAIN explained they were service dogs and she asked what service they provided. We explained and then she stepped over the line and commented rudely, If they show any aggression then we would need to leave. There was NO one in the place and only said that because they were of the bully breed. We left the rude and unlawful manager standing there and now will be contacting corporate DQ to file a formal complaint. She is lucky we do not press charges against her and DQ. Never have I had such a disrespectful experience at any establishment.

Poor quality food, cashier so stoned she could hardly speak, filthy, at mayfield green.

Came into your restaurant with two of my grandkids for lunch. I had been in there twice in the past 10 days buying gift cards and ice cream at the same time. Spent $100 on gift cards yet. Today when I went in and ordered a frozen hot chocolate the gal says oh you mean the Mexican hot chocolate and I said no the frozen hot chocolate. I just got one yesterday. They made the Mexican one because it had cinnamon in it and tasted terrible. When I confronted her about it she says oh well. I read you the ingredients that was in it. No she did not. She just stood there and looked at me and didn't offer anything. I paid for something I did not get. This is in Omaha, Nebraska at the dairy Queen on 132nd and West Maple

I ordered 2 of their special blizzard treat meal that I seen advertised on TV. Burger fries drink and blizzard treat. I was quite alarmed when I received the blizzards as they were in these very tiny small cups. When you watch the commercial it is 2x the size of the person's hand but when you actually purchase it, its smaller than your hand. Isn't this false advertising? Im very disappointed in dairy queen. Will never order from here again.

Staff was outstanding at 3275 New Market Rd, Varina, Virginia. The problem was, get this, the ice cream. It was icy and a tad off-white (slight yellowish tint) like imitation ice cream. I’ve never experienced Dairy Queen ice cream tasting like this. I’m truly hoping it’s a one-off. $10.80 for what we tasted…highway robbery

We stopped at the Dairy Queen close to exit 61 or 60 in New Mexico on I-10 today. Two people working. Cook was EXTREMELY slow. When we finally got our order, we took it to the car as we has wasted 30 minutes already. The fries were still white and cold in the middle. We had three combos and all three had undercooked fries. Will never stop here to eat again.

Every time I order I always get my order messed up today me and my boyfriend went there and ordered the guy taking are order repeated are order back and it was correct then when we got to the window he said he didn’t get that although he said it back every time I go something gets messed up or “forgotten” I think that is bs if your gonna work at a place make your costumers happy and don’t be disrespectful to your fellow citizens there is one young kid working for y’all n he is the only good employee he deserves so much more. I will not be going to this place for a while
