Hello Bernard, thanks for leaving the review. It's unfortunate you had this negative experience, this is something we take extremely seriously. Would you mind sending us the link to the playlist you were added that allegedly caused your song to be removed? We actively combat potentially botted playlists by doing frequent revisions of all playlists and removing the ones that are suspicious. In the past we've received a few allegations, but after investigating we could confirm that none of our playlists have caused a song removal from Spotify. Hello JAC, thanks for leaving a review. I think there is a misunderstanding, users are able to cancel their subscription at any time by heading to Settings and click on Manage Your Subscription - there you will find an option to immediately cancel the renewal of your plan. We will never force a user to pay an extra month of subscription if they don't want to. If users want to cancel and get a refund for a monthly subscription, we ask them to do it in the first 7 days since payment for the refund to be processed. Hi, Thanks for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear Spotify have banned you - however this will not be because of our service. Spotify vets DailyPlaylists twice a year due to our usage of their API and are fully aware of the services that we offer. In the many years that we've been operating, we've never had an artist banned from submissions made on our platform. If you have evidence to suggest the playlist was from DailyPlaylists, can you please reach out to [email protected] as we would investigate as a priority.
