Always relevant content with a user focus for physical, emotional, and psychological health and well-being. I am pleasantly surprised by all of their offerings that I find attractive. Their pricing model is generous as well.

I have been a member for over 6 years. The classes that are provided are exceptional and very thorough. They nourish the mind, body and soul. And having the ability to pay what you can afford has been extremely helpful. The App is very user friendly and if a class turns out to not be quite right for you, they are happy to refund.
