Christy
Somehow I was signed up for 2 subscriptions and didn't realize it until I was charged for the second, just a couple weeks after receiving the subscription I DID sign up for. I contacted the company and within minutes it was taken care of! I had resolved to just pay it and cancel both subscriptions, but Elle took care of the rogue subscription and refunded my money. SUPER PLEASED! THANK YOU!

Christy, a rogue subscription and an unexpected charge are stressful enough without having to fight to get it fixed! 😊 I'm so glad Elle was able to get it resolved within minutes and make sure your money was back where it belonged. That's exactly the kind of experience every customer deserves. Thank you so much for the kind words! —Jessica | Dailies Team

Experience was great! Reached out because of shipping issues with UniUni (the worst shipping). And Dailes was super responsive and quickly worked to resolve my order issues and reship my order!

I’ve been really happy with Dailies. I love that I can get 20g of protein in a drink that actually tastes really good. When I’m tired of drinking water, it feels more like having a juice, while still helping me get more protein in during the day. I’ve enjoyed all the flavors I’ve tried so far. I also think the company is doing a great job coming up with different flavors and getting shipments out quickly. I’ve been very happy with my experience!

LaChar, water fatigue is so real, and having something that actually tastes good while sneaking in 20 grams of protein is such a practical win for your day! 😊 We really appreciate you noticing the effort that goes into the flavor variety and getting orders out quickly because those things matter to us a lot. So glad every part of the experience has been a happy one for you! —Jessica | Dailies Team

Great customer service and done in a timely manner. Jessica was able to help me manage my subscription since I was having problems trying to do it on my own.
