Disappointed
I made an order on September 28 and on October 26 the parcel arrived in the destination country (Netherlands) and now it's November 19 and there is no information. According to the post code of the place where it is "located", it is a residential multi-story building. In support they say that I have to wait or they ask the post office to update the data. I do not believe that an order to the Netherlands cannot reach the recipient in a month. 90% of the opinion is that I was simply deceived. Sad and very sad!
