Ordered a CZ 75 That was on sale from Dahlonega Armory, Dahlonega Armory refunded the order without letting us know, making us miss out on the sale price from these guys and other websites that also had a sale on these at the time. (They are not on sale anywhere now). They claimed they were out of stock when we ordered (which isn't true because they still list them for sale on their website, just at a higher price). Also why would the website let us order if they were actually out of stock? We did not know we weren't going to be receiving the firearms until after a week later when we did not see any order status updates, they were finally contacted by us looking for an update and we were told they were out of stock and we were refunded. Wouldn't have been as bad if these firearms were not discontinued from the manufacturer, but now we can't find them on sale online anywhere else (and probably never will again) Beware from ordering from Dahlonega Armory, there is no phone number to call, they will only reply through email, and you may not even receive what you ordered, without even being told your order was cancelled.

Ordered 2 of the CZ 75's 91190 with steel frame on October 6th 2026 @ 8:45am from Dahlonega Armory. Immediately ordered them when I got the email they were on sale. After a week of it not being shipped or any information I emailed them to find out when they may be shipped. The following day I get an email saying that they are out of stock that same day & my card has been credited. They never sent an email before telling me this. If they had I may have been able to get one somewhere else, they were on sale multiple places for 2-3 days. Now everyone is asking $700+ for them. Really wanted one because CZ stopped production of the all steel ones now. Will never order from Dahlonega Armory again. You can't reach them by phone & they're customer service is crap! Also, that was probably the last chance of getting one [2] on sale since there no longer being made.

I ordered my 1st rifle from Dahlonega and then read reviews about delayed shipping and poor communication. I thought maybe I had made a mistake. I ordered on a Monday afternoon and the rifle was at my ffl on Friday afternoon. You can't ask for more than that.

They have quality products and the prices are really good when comparing the items elsewhere. My issue is with communication. You would think a business would value positive customer relations but from what I can see, they are in it for the money only. They are not interested in customer opinion or feedback. I have sent several messages and they don't respond. Buy the item, don't expect any kind of follow up communication for questions.

Received firearm with missing items! They could not replace because they don’t have item in stock! Eventually the manufacturer agreed to send the items!

I ordered a gun over the weekend. Order registered on their website. Sent them an email re the FFL info--no reply. The cancelled my order without notifying me prior to doing so--no reason or communication. Will never buy from them again. Now can't find same gun and could have if I had not wasted the time ordering from them. Order at your own risk--they suck.

Nothing to complain about. Purchased a firearm for 429.99 that would normally run 599.99. My ffl received it within 4 business days. Didnt realize until I seen the paperwork at my ffl that dahlonegaarmory is a pawn store that drop ships firearms which had me worried that I may have purchased a used firearm but after inspection it appears to be new. (Listing didnt specify new or used) In the end I got what I wanted and it was an easy, fast and much cheaper than anywhere else.

Scammy. They had me choose an FFL close to me, made payment, then nothing until an automated message asked for me to hunt down my FFL’s email to send an updated license. SCAM!!! I reported them as a fraud and had my bank deal with them. Never again!!
