Took 100 days + and results are 25% decrease in email flow revenue
They were very quick to take our money, and very slow to deliver. Required daily begging in order to understand what was causing the delay. Promised flows in 60 days but took over 100, with begging. I went through 2-3 account managers because the previous manager would dissapear. And on top of all that, immediate 25% decline in revenue from email flows after applying the system, with no clear answer of plan to address the dip.

Hi Hamza, thank you for your feedback. On the timeline: The flow build ran from January 28th to April 21st, approximately 83 days, not "100+" as stated. Per our agreement and onboarding, the standard 60-day timeline applies when projects move through approvals without excessive revisions. Your project included limited client-provided assets required our team to source and create visuals independently, both of which extended the timeline. This was communicated upfront. We also kept your Slack channel active for 2 months post-completion to provide ongoing support, well beyond our contracted scope. On the revenue decline: A few factors explain the difference, none related to the flows we built: 1. Your website traffic dropped by nearly 43% last month alone, and is down significantly from a peak of approximately 68,000 monthly visits in March 2026 to under 10,000 by May 2026. Email flow revenue is directly tied to site traffic, something entirely outside our control. Email flows are behavioral and trigger-based, meaning they only fire when a visitor takes a specific action on your website. In short, every single flow in an email marketing system is dependent on site traffic as its fuel. An email agency controls the quality of the emails, the strategy, the segmentation, and the automation logic. We have zero control over how many people visit your website. A nearly 85% drop in traffic from peak will produce a proportional or greater drop in flow revenue, regardless of how well the flows are built. 2. Your team turned off the Okendo Review Request flow on April 22nd, not ours. That flow alone drove approximately (38%) of your previous period's revenue. We flagged this and recommended turning it back on. We reached out directly to discuss this and received no response. We're proud of the work and we stand behind it.
