Absolute terrible experience
Absolutely a terrible experience after 1 month of joining. Communication was HORRIBLE from the case manager. Always saying she would call back, never did, took days even weeks to reply to emails from myself and other company. I was stuck going back and forth with the other company on my own all while case manager was included in every email. After 1st month, I was told the payment couldn’t be reduced just terms would be extended.. when I decided to cancel I was told by end of month (April) I would get a copy of my file and everything I paid and until this day (May 12) NOTHING. Not even a response to over 5 emails to multiple people including attorney! Worse experience
