I'm trying to get my withdraw money back it's already more than two months and aslo i have been written a complaint, feedback and ect..ect.. The support team not yet solved my issue. I advice people to stay away from dafabet for sure.

I am extremely disappointed with the way my withdrawal issue has been handled. For several days, I have received repeated assurances from different support agents that my case has been escalated, prioritized, and under review. I have also submitted every document requested, including my bank statement, passbook, account details, and all other required information. Despite this, my withdrawal of INR 20,000, which was marked as "Successful" on 23/06/2026, has still not been credited to my bank account. Your team has repeatedly provided the same responses without any actual resolution. This is causing unnecessary financial loss, inconvenience, and mental stress. I request a final written confirmation from your Payment Partner confirming where the funds were credited, along with complete proof of the transaction. If the amount was credited successfully, kindly provide verifiable evidence. If not, the withdrawal amount must be credited to my bank account immediately. If this issue is not resolved without further delay, I will continue to pursue the matter through the appropriate complaint and legal channels, along with all supporting email records and documents. Oh my lord, their customer support is clueless, unhelpful, utterly casual and unprofessional. They have zero escalation process. Im noticing alot of complaints about similar experiences other customers have had with them. I deposited a payment via upi /GPay to the platform's payment gateway. The money was successfully debited from my bank I have the transaction snapshot from Gpay & have shared that at least 6 times with their support, they keep asking for it again and again! . The platform acknowledges the transaction is 'Pending' on their backend, the transaction is clearly showing under the Cashier section of their site. but their support refuses to credit it. Absolute waste of time and broken merchant routing. They should be sued for this, for the amount of time and effort they have drained ! I have screenshots of my transaction on m y gpay as well as on my account on their site.

My withdrawal keep getting declined from past 1 months. Asked to submit documents for verification I submitted but even they just keep saying wait wait wait wait.
