Easy end-to-end experience, plus I have a son now! So when my wife and I were trying to get pregnant I used Dadi for my testing and as a backup in case we had to do IVF. Here was my experience: Kit Delivery: Was easy and quick, I forget how long it took but I remember it was fast, and I dropped it back off at FedEx and I had my analysis quickly. Sample Creation: Making a sample seems straightfroward, but you can't use any lubricant, so keep that in mind all of you wannabe dads out there Sample Analysis: The results were cool to see, basic story was my sperm seems healthy and there were enough to attempt to make a baby. They did tell me my volume was low (but count was fine) so I worked on my fluid intake a bit (water) to keep the stuff flowing. Sample Validation: I didn't end up needing the sperm I sent to Dadi and we got pregnant the old-fashioned way. BUT, it turns out my guys worked and my son looks a lot like me so I'm pretty sure he is mine. Sample Destruction: After I decided my son was perfect I wrote Dadi and asked them to destroy my sample, the process was straightforward and I did a digital notarization to sign my forms and that was that. Overall this was totally worth it, I got peace-of-mind while I was trying to make a small clone of myself, and it was very affordable. I highly recommend.

I used DADI for the first time last month. I wanted to wait and write my review until the process was complete and my future secure. The process was very simple. With COVID my partner and I did not want to go into a facility for sperm storage. We looked at all the options. David, who was my customer support rep was so helpful when confirming any questions and gave me a ton of comfort leading up to my decision for storage. The kit came and seemed like it was designed by Apple or some fancy tech company, which beats the other options I was considering. The info that came back along with the communication was clear and helpful - their scorecard approach makes the scientific information more approachable. All-in-all, I’m surprised it has taken this long for a service to exist like this. Well done Team Dadi!

Dadikit is solving a real world problem that a lot of people are too shy to talk about. In terms of my experience using the service, the product was super easy to use (they provide idiot-proof instructions/videos) and their customer service team is extremely responsive. I highly recommend this product and have had a great experience with their team so far.

Super high quality, like opening an iPhone or iPad up. Very easy to use and the app is amazing. They are very advanced.

Best customer service I am very happy with the service provided. I understand that shipping isn’t in control of the company so I don’t take the delays into account because it’s not their fault. What is in there control has been the excellent customer service and the resources and guidance provided all along at a very decent price. I specifically have to shout out the customer service since all my emails were typically answered within the first 10 min (which for something of this nature, you really want to know there is someone at the other side you can send quick questions too). Plus their kits seem the most sturdy of all the ones I’ve used with other companies.
