Ordered my kit over 2 weeks ago and Dadi.com stated that it would arrive yesterday, March 1, 2021. It never arrived on my doorstep. I called the customer service line and talked to a representative who stated that the kit had not even been dropped off at FedEx to be sent to me. He blamed recent "weather" for the delay. I complained that I had followed the directions... i.e. no ejaculation for 72+ hours...AND I made him aware that I was scheduled for a vasectomy in 5 days. The representative was not only unapologetic, but sarcastic in saying "Well what do you want me to do!?" Dadi.com never emailed me to let me know of any shipping delays or anything. They had plenty of time to make me aware of their "situation." Their customer service is horrible and I would not trust them as far as I could throw them.

FIRST OF ALL, Dadi advertises 24 hour turnaround, this is false advertising. The earliest date I could select was TEN DAYS after placing my order!! Then the kit was delayed another few days so by the time I could use my kit it was two weeks from purchase. And you don't find out until after you've paid. Very shady. SECOND OF ALL, Dadi is clearly re-using all their kits. Honestly it is digusting. I am imagining all the sperm from other men that I am now touching when I pick up the kit. Really nasty. THIRD OF ALL, I made an oversight when sending back my kit. I locked it up but forgot to note down the kit ID before sending it back. They refused to analyze my sample which is already frustrating. I e-mailed them and here's the best part, they told me I'd have to pay for a new kit!! They offered me a discount as if that makes it any better!! In conclusion, I found this service, slow, gross, and frankly scammy. I will be using one of their competitors.

Customer service is as good as it gets. Product experience - could not be any worse. One of my results was 0-2.5 percentile by their metric. After speaking with Dr was reassured with all factors considered this should not be an issue. Between receiving the result and talking to the Dr I experienced severe emotional distress due to being under the impression I was sterile. Imagine being told your most cherished life plans will not be happening. Right up there with being told of a death in the family. Avoid this extremely irresponsible garbage start up and go with an in person clinic that can counsel in person when you receive the results.

This is my first review ever on Trustpilot. I am not a frequent reviewer anywhere but I feel so upset and frustrated this time that I have to share my thoughts. I wouldn't recommend this company at all! Myself and my partner, who is deep into wellness options, decided to try the dadikit. The process was not as described on the website in many aspects (quality, timing, service). Per our physician, the results he got seemed to be completely off compared to the sperm testing he did two weeks before sending the sample. No refund was offered and customer service was so rude, wrong and irresponsible. But I have more concerns. As mentioned in other reviews below, it seems that all their website reviews are completely fake, using one of the review software that lets you fake your online reviews. This is so wrong when dealing with people's fertility, health and their hopes for the future. It is not a new toy or trip to the Bahamas. I took screenshots of these reviews. Furthermore, most of the positive reviews here are self-generated by the dadikit. For example look at the 5-star reviews from Frank and Mohammad! All their past reviews on Trustpilot were generated on the SAME DAY they had given 5 stars to dadi (Frank – ALL 3 reviews from yesterday and Mohammad – ALL 4 reviews from two days ago). It looks like the reviews were created BY the COMPANY so their self-made reviews look more ‘reliable’. I wish I would notice this before we made our order. I took screenshots of them and I'm considering sending them to fake review moderators. Hope they stop doing this, it is just unfair. So wrong. Be careful!!
