The mics' quality and sound is second only to their service, which is outstanding! we ordered a few DA47s and one was DOAm Within 4 hours of a support request, no questions asked, I received a return authorization and a reply on how to replace it. we LOVE the mics' and have been telling everyone about the great experience. well done, folks!!!

September 2026 update: Mic is now in frequent use and is working perfectly. Dachman Audio (Josh) took care of our initial issue. This speaks a lot for the Dachman staff and the confidence to order from them again in the future. 5 stars for the Mic and 5 stars for Dachman Audio. UPDATE: OK, VERY fast and professional response from Josh. Apparently, an email screw-up. Looking forward to getting this mic up and going. 5 stars when this gets resolved. First review: Microphone failed shortly after use. Initial response from the company was good and a new microphone exchanged. Unfortunately, the second mic also failed with minimal use. This time, the company has failed to respond to 5 emails over 3 weeks to resolve this issue. Hopefully, if this gets resolved we would be happy to give a better rating as the mic, when working, sounds great. It will be used in a professional studio with high end equipment.

Great looking and sounding mic! Definitely beats any mic in its price point.
