Zeer slechte communicatie om een verkoop afspraak rond te krijgen. Nadat er uiteindelijk een afspraak was gepland, heb ik alsnog 40 minuten moeten wachten tot iemand mij kwam helpen. Uiteindelijk ben ik 1,5 uur op locatie geweest, waarna ze een bod deden van slechts 40% van de marktwaarde (gebaseerd op last solds). Ze konden hun bod ook niet onderbouwen. Al met al onacceptabel, ik heb alles dus weer mee teruggenomen.

INSANE COMPANY WANTS A BANK WIRE FOR PREORDER AFTER INITIALPAYMENT, USE CAUTION! Ever receive a bank wire request AFTER making a credit card purchase? How about for a presell/preorder item, that isn't in stock yet? That's exactly what happened with Dave & Adam's, absolutely mind blowing. I ordered a presell product on their website, paid with my credit card, received confirmation, thank you for your order; the normal stuff, everything seems fine. The next day, I receive an email with a bank wire request from D&A to complete the order. My initial reaction was this must be someone attempting to scam me; a bad actor, but it was actually D&A. Obviously, I told them absolutely not. This not only costs fees (bank wire fees) but is essentially handing them 100% of the money upfront, for a product they do not even have yet! Additionally, like handing them cash money upfront, I assume 100% of the risks, for a product they do not have yet. Imagine going to Best Buy, Walmart, heck even any local retail shop, to make a purchase with your credit card; they accept it, they swipe it, everything is fine, and then they say "actually, can you get with your bank to wire us money instead?" Now imagine the item you're buying doesn't exist yet, you're not only paying full msrp but a bit more in price for their markup, paying bank wire fees, and that ultimately they'll do their best to get it for you. You literally can't make it up, this may be the most insane request I have ever seen a retailer or store do, and I have seen and experienced some interesting things. Be cautious with whom you do business with!

At first I was concerned as the ordering did not seem to go correctly, BUT I got into contact with the company and their response was 'out of normal working hours' and within an hour of me emailing them, I could not be happier with the way that the communicated and especially not the speed of their response. I bought two boxes of Star Wars cards and I think the pricing was very good considering that Topps pre-orders had all sold out and I was left to the secondary market. The cards arrived exactly on the day they said they would arrive by UPS, who I will also review because they too were excellent, I had communications about delivery dates and times regularly and the driver handed the box to me, not just dumping it on my door step, and the boxes were very well packed and arrived damage free, although they were for ripping so the box was not that important anyway, but no crushing, no dents or cuts and the celophane was intact I will definitely be ordering from this company again, quick good pricing and great communications, everything I look for

Purchased '92 Marvel cards and they were resealed with all big hits removed. Absolute scam company, beware!!!

Everything here is overpriced. Even on special events like Labor day sales stuff that is supposed to be on sale is higher than anywhere else at regular price. Stopped ordering on here after garbage rewards, stuff that no one wants that obviously they just want to get rid of. Would not order from here as the service and prices are just a total rip off.
