I ordered a shirt from this company & was charged 2 times. It took forever to get the shirt & when I contacted them about the double charge they responded by saying I had received the shirt. I ordered one shirt, received one shirt & paid for 2. I have emailed them several times & each time the response has been unsatisfactory. Yesterday I looked at my credit card online statement & noted that they refunded one half of the amount I was charged for the shirt that I never received. I emailed them again asking for an explanation & I have received no response.

Been 3 weeks since I ordered the sweatshirt and still haven't even received a tracking number or shipment notice. There's no number to call them nor is there an email to message them. Covid19 is not an excuse for not shipping the order in a timely manner.

Been waiting for my order since May 20, I understand the shipping and covid but come on I can't even get a reply from messages or emails... I posted a comment on their fb page it was deleted within minutes... I have called for the last 3 weeks to check my order and the recording says it will be shipped within 5 days for 3 weeks now.... They got their money now I want my shirts... this company is the worst.... I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone...

Our t shirts for the team have not arrived almost two months later. All attempts at contact ignored. Horrible place. Don't use them.

Have been fighting with the company for over a month now and still have not received my shirt. You can not talk to a real person, it is a horrible website to file a claim or find anything out. It was supposed to be shipped May 5th, then May 15th, then May 18th. It finally said it was shipped yesterday and i still have to wait until June 13th for the estimated delivery date, when it is coming from 2 states away. I will NEVER order anything from this company again. Oh and i placed the order April 20th, 2020.

I put my order in April 30th to get my wife a shirt for Mothers Day and still have not received it May 27th. They keep saying it will be shipped within 5 days for over a week now?? NOT HAPPY with them at all!!!! You might want to think twice before ordering anything from them.

Still waiting for my order. It has been in ‘processing’ since April 20, 2020. The company has already received payment, while I have received nothing. I will retract this review if the d9Amazing company holds up their end of the documentation and delivers my items.
