No one has responded to me yet.I ordered one 4 pack on 7/23. Suppose to ship 8/5. Notice wrong zip was on order. I corrected my account information and have been trying to contact them. No luck. Guess we’ll see what happens. Customer service seems very short staffed. No email return. No luck getting messenger to work either.

Hello, I love your product I find it helps my anxiety so much without feeling drowsy but relaxed. I also enjoy the taste and find it very refreshing. This is not my first time trying the product, however, it is not easily accessible to buy it in Miami. Hence, I decided it would be a better alternative to order the D8 Seltzer water directly from the supplier. The quality of the water was the same as the one I have bought in retail, however, several of the cans were not fully filled. I did not mind, I understand things happen when shipping fragile products. After a few of days, however, some of the cans shrunk in the fridge and with many of them less than half full. I truly believe the D8 team can ensure proper packaging is used going forward and avoid unnecessary disputes wit customers. Good luck!

I apologize for the poor product you were shipped! We had trouble with our previous bottling company and sadly you are not the only customer who had to deal with these issues. Luckily we have a new bottling company and an improved product coming in next week. The cans all broke during shipping. Leaked all over the box. I’ve never seen a metal can dent like this before, is it somehow made of a flimsier material than regular soda cans?
