my husband was waiting and bugging me every 20 minutes until the code finally came in because the last 3 times before this purchase he had the code within 5-10 minutes the excuse I got was I just woke up but I noticed that the reviews was slowing getting form good to bad my husband loves the game so adjust your emails get ass out of bed take care of email them back to bed or set a time that everyone can expect you will response everybody knowa you can't be awake 24/7 and there is other stuff you got to do get together

It took me a little bit to realize that the chat area was on the D2legacy site to set up my D2R pickup and not in the chat area on bnet, you could be more clear on that. Other than that you all were excellent!
