Hello, To those reading I will give a very detailed explanation on how this went down. This person ordered 3x, Key Set ( 1 Key Set ). This means, you would receive 3D key, 3T key and 3H key. This person told the order filler that this is not what they ordered, and had some very explicative language toward the order filler. The order filler then reassured the customer that they did in fact purchase: Key Set ( 1 Key Set ) x3. Customer then copied and pasted the title: What I have pasted here (Key Set ( 1 Key Set )) and told the order filler this is not what they ordered. The customer then logged off chat before coming to a solution with the order filler and instantly came here to 1 star D2Honor. There have been numerous attempts to contact the customer along with actually giving the customer a refund even though, that is what they ordered. Apologize for the long read, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. They also go as far as naming a competitor.. is this blatant to get traffic to another site?
