I first purchased sunglasses from Cyxus back in 2021 & since then I have ordered 5 separate times as I like what I like! The product was great, it was reasonably priced & shipping was fast. Sad to say that the company is going down hill & also not providing good customer service like they used to. It has been over a month & I have not received my most recent order worth $53. I emailed them multiple times & no response. How do I get in touch? How do I get what I paid for?

I ordered eye glasses a month ago and after the purchase there was no communication, no feedback about the shipping details. I sent an email two times requesting an update and there was no response. Up until now I have not received my parcel.

Total scam of a company I placed an order it never arrived they never refunded or responded to emails, horrible company save your money.

Fraud, i paid 50 € for 2 pair of glasses, never arrived, never send my Money back

It has been 42 days since I made the order and the glasses are still in China. Please check if they will come soon!

Customer service is horrible. I still have not received my order and have reached out multiple times. i ordered almost 30 days ago.
