You are laying, and want now my info. Scamers!!!!!!!
You are laying, no one is doing advertising for my business for a long time now, years. And you published my business on your website this year February 5, 2025, you are using my business name without authorization to get people's information, using my business to do that. When people request a quote yo gather all their information to supposedly give them a quote? I have never asked the public to give me their information to give them a quote, the prices are visible to the public on my business page, and the public do not need to give me Ani information like you are requesting on your website, what for do you want people's information? And rease my business from your site immediately. Your reply said that I have to sign up to erase my business from your site, what???!!!!! Now you think that I will sign up to your website so you can have all my information? . I'm not signing up, and you erase my business name immediately from your website. And do not waste my time, erase my business from your website immediately. Adriana L.
Response from Cylex Business Directory USAApr 22, 2025
Hello Adriana, Thank you for your updated feedback. We understand and respect your request. The listing for your business was created using publicly available information and later moderated by one of our trusted data partners—likely as part of a broader SEO or directory service authorized by someone in your organization prior to July 2024. These services commonly submit business details to multiple platforms to help increase visibility online. That said, no business is ever required to sign up to have a listing removed. While the “Claim this business” option is available for those who wish to manage or update their profile, removing a listing is just as straightforward and does not require account creation. We’ve taken note of your clear request and have initiated the permanent removal of your business listing from our website. We want to emphasize that we do not use business listings to scam users or collect personal information unlawfully. The optional quote form on our site exists to help potential customers connect with businesses that choose to use it—but it's entirely optional, and visitors are always free to contact businesses directly outside our platform. If you have any further questions or would like confirmation once the removal is complete, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly at [email protected]. Sincerely, The Cylex Team
