This is a SCAM company. I ordered something 36 days ago. Still hasn't arrived. I emailed and called the company many times to get an update. They haven't responded. DO NOT Order from this company. It is a scam.

Scam. Ordered a bike rack and it didn't fit. Want to return but support is unresponsive

Ordered a front basket rack. Arrived damaged. Customer service support unresponsive.

Ordered a simple kickstand; it arrived damaged, scratched and missing a key component. They do not answer customer service e-mails. Crooks. Run far away from this company.

I ordered a kickstand for a Kona Jake, which was "shipped" but never delivered. My contact details have not been passed to shipping company and I have no idea where the kickstand is or how to get hold of it. Emailed company directly to get updates and to pass through information that may help the courier, but this was all ignored. Raised a dispute through PayPal and the company finally responds to say that I'm at fault.

AVOID! I wish I had seen these reviews before I spent my money. Same story as the other reviewers, I fear. There is no way to return an item. They don't issue the Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. And there's no way to contact them. I emailed 21st, 25th and 27th Feb 2023. No reply. This is just a faceless shell of a company. They send the order directly from a distribution centre. In the UK, my order was shipped from: 4PX Express UK Ltd Unit 2 Arenson Way Dunstable LU5 4RZ 0333 015 1951 This company also has a lot of poor reviews on Google, including: Q: I want the customer service phone... A: Total waste of time website in Chinese nobody answers phone It's a disgrace that they trade in this manner. I hope their business is short-lived.
