My purchase of this plan was reactive. I made the selection without doing alot of research. If you asked me how I access the Cycling Diet (right now), I would say, I don't know. I cannot fully articulate why I am disappointed with this purchase, but I never used the plan/program. When I first opened it, it did not resonate with me and I immediately regretted making the purchase.

I have paid but received nothing. Period.

I am not able to log into my account to cancel my membership.

I asked to cancel the registration but no one came towards me!

It's a joke. I could do better with a google search.

Where is the diet information? I've received a few articles about diets...probably could have read them for free in the News section of my iphone. I have not received any specific info regarding best diet for me, types of foods to eat. etc... disappointed.

I signed up and paid my fee, going through the rather dense questionnaire - what days I wanted to ride, etc. It responded by directing me to a static training plan that could have been a PDF that addressed none of my answers.Totally ignored the number of days, the amount of time, even the days of the week I was available to ride, and just gave me garbage. No adaptation, nothing personalized or tailored. Just a daily "check-in" on the same website to say I did what was on the page. And that was it. It would have been worth a one-time $15-20 fee, tops, though this stuff can be easily found for free. When I cancelled, within the two week guarantee window, they ignored me until I stopped the charge with my credit card company, then told me I shouldn't have done that and got vindictive. Terrible, thieving rats at this excuse for a business. Absolute garbage.
