I found them on instagram and pretty much got sucked in with all this information about cycling and the benefits of it. It took me almost a month to make the first step but I DID IT. I got myself a plan!!! What can I say, all those "reasons to choose cycling"were true haha!! I am happy I decided to go with Cyclingdiet to lose weight and improve my health. Great job guys, keep up the great work you're doing!

I really like this application I installed it to my mobile quickly, I like it because it has functions that help me in my training plan and healthy eating, I just want to recommend that you add more vegan foods, for everything else, congratulations

I am recovering from surgery and I…
I am recovering from surgery and I gained over 20 pounds while I was in hospital for four months. I decided to try the cycle diet because I'm having issues walking still. I had an amputation of my big toe and a little part of my foot so I can't walk very well. I thought cycling would be an easier alternative and have been riding my indoor stationary bike and following the program. I'm so bad out of shape that I can't do the 35 minutes at a time but I am doing the best I can. Even with my limitations I have still managed to lose 9 pounds in the past three and a half weeks. So I give this program to big thumbs up

Excellent application
Excellent application I like their functions, I am a high performance athlete and this application helped me a lot, because it contains a training plan and ideal feed for my body, the application is easy to use, I recommend it.

I like the app
I like the app, it was recommended to me by a cyclist friend, it was easy to install it on my android, it has excellent functions, I only suggest that you integrate more vegetarian food into the meal plan, congratulations.

Cycling Diet Rocks
Cycling Diet it’s an excellent step by step guide that lets me know exactly what i need to do before, during, and after my rides. The warm-ups and cool-downs truly make cycling a more rewarding experience, with little too no soreness afterwards. Id highly recommend them to anybody trying to get themselves healthy and keep on a easy to follow schedule.

All in all I was pretty impressed by…
All in all I was pretty impressed by this app. I’ve been trying to lose weight and this app really helped me visualize what I need to do, and as they say “exercise is only half the battle.” You have to come in with a meal strategy as well and it helped on that end as well. It’s not perfect but it’s probably one of the best meal plan/exercise apps I’ve come across so far.
