It has been terrible service .
It has been terrible service . I still do not have our oculus VR that I ordered .And now I have some transport company ringing and telling me that I cannot have it until I pay ANOTHER $227.00 FRIEGHT CHARGE .

Never again
Took forever to ship despite paying more for expedited shipping. Paid for UPS because they deliver quicker to Canada from the US but was instead shipped via USPS which takes much longer and is not an upgrade. Customer Service still has not answered my emails and it has been over a week. Requested to cancel my order and get a refund and they have not done so.

I am not the only one after read the recent reviews from other buyers, order placed # 1692 almost one month ago no dispatch notice as yet, has to take legal action to request refund now

Failed to deliver, no communication from support, no refund
Edit: Dec 02, 2021. Still haven't received the refund. Again, apologies will make a difference only when they are converted to corrective actions. Edit: Nov 08, 2021. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Been 3 weeks since they told me that the refund was done but I have not received the refund yet. Tried customer support again but no response. This really isn't the way to win back anyone's trust. Seeing recent comments, this seems to be a widespread problem, so is there any way to report these scammers to the authorities for criminal action? ----- I placed an order in early September and I have still not received their dispatch notification. They took the payment but there is no update on delivering the product. I am looking for legal resources to recover my money.

Very poor communication
Very poor communication. Lost my product multiple times. Would not answer email inquiries or return phone calls.

Anyway, for orders that have been over delayed, we have decided to issue full refunds for the Orders. I am using the chair from last months. Really this is the best office chair I have tried ever and it is a really great price. 10/10 recommended.

Excellent chair
Excellent chair, gorgeous packaging. Overall a great chair from what I can tell. Nice tilt, easy to adjust height, and great look. Way more impressed than I thought I'd be.
