As of now, I’m out $400 and nothing has been delivered to me, a lot of communication but no real solutions yet! They lie about the time it would take for them to work !! Cause it’s never 2 to 4 hours it’s more like 48 hours! I’m extremely disappointed and I would advice not using this service as of now, If something changes I’ll come back and update this review

Given the anxiety brought about by the need for this service, they pushed to be paid up-front, with nothing having been performed. When my Insurance Company contacted me, and they had their own Cybersecurity partner, this Company refused to return a large prepayment when no service had been performed.

They are useless they make people waste their own money they are unhelpful unprofessional and they are not the kind of investigators that should be trusted at all
