CyberinvestigationReviews of cyberinvestigation.com

Company rep was very helpful, reassuring and professional. I'm very confident that the work they are doing will be helpful and beneficial to me. They really know what to do with the types of cases they deal with. Jose V. and Gabe were great to work with.

Cyber investigation was something I was skeptical about initially, but in a time of fear, uncertainty, and isolation, my reaching out to this company was worth it. I was/am a victim of sextortion and my case manager and analyst were there for me every step of the way. The inital call was lengthy but necessary to get all information from my situation. Case manager/staff was very clear with instruction, communication, and most importantly were empathetic to my situation. It’s wild how apparent this crime is. It makes me sick to my stomach and the team at Cyber ingestion helped provide some alleviation. I purchased the “3 day pack” which would include a thorough investigation and tracing of the perpetrator. I was able to get my full report including geolocation and all phone communications my analyst had with the perpetrator the very next day. The police in that area was notified from the company as well. Since then I have not had any contact attempts from the sextortionist. Even now, the team calls to check in with me to make sure I am ok and free from contact or follow through of the perpetrator’s blackmail. I would recommend this service for peace of mind and attempt to get these people behind bars.

They will catch the criminals they need to catch. Worth every penny.

I was skeptical at first, but I became totally confident in this company. Quick responses, easy to talk with and a positive outcome.

Great service provided. They were able to track down the person and stop them from destroying my life. After the 15 days they sent a report and then called and explained everything that they had done with going the report they sent. I would definitely use this service again if necessary

Excellent costumer service

The team members were very professional and handling my case privately. They were fast to act and able to identify the perpetrator in 48 hours.

At first it felt horrible. After listening I understood better what had occurred. It was a great feeling to have someone who knew what to do to stop it. I had plenty of information and they got right on it. I was well pleased with the speed at which they stopped the harassment and followed through with what they said they would do. I hope it never happens again, but at least I know somewhere to turn to for help.
