I have hands-on experience in Blue Team and defensive security, with a strong focus on monitoring, detection, and incident response. My background in security labs and CTFs has helped me understand attacker techniques, which I use to improve defensive controls and detection strategies.

I started using CyberDefenders about a month ago, because I wanted to improve and learn about the real-world scenarios in defensive security. I really like the way labs are categorized. They have job role-based and skill-based tracks, which are great for people who are just starting out , as well as security practitioners looking to sharpen their skills. I find VMs to be pretty fast , unlike other platforms. Will definitely take one of their certifications in the near future .
