Do not use this company!! You can not get up with the return dept. I have been trying to return two bathing suits for three weeks and still no response! Always tell me to contact Customer Service but no way to contact them! I guess I will have to get my card company involved to get my money back!! So her goes! DO NOT ORDER FROME THIS COMPANY!!!!

Cyabie is a women’s clothing site that has so many choices!!! I have placed several orders with them and I love their product! Their customer service is top notch as well; email a question and you get a reply. Something was on back order and they let me know when it was expected to be available and if I wanted to wait or get a refund. There is a reason I am a repeat buyer, like I said top notch!!!

J ai commandé pour environ 345 dollars de vêtements. Aucun vêtement ne me va, la taille L ne corrrspondant qu a un M européen a mon avis. J ai donc lu les conditions générales. Déjà, je n ai pas coris qu ils n acceptent soit disant les retours que si les vêtements présentent des défauts. En 2024, ils ne fonctionnent pas comme les grands sites de vente en ligne. Je demande tout de même l autorisation de retour. Et la ils me proposent une indemnisation de 65 $. C est une blague....je rale. Ils le proposent alors 165 $ (tout de même bizarre ces propositions successives). Be non, c est 50% de ma commande....c est du grand n importe quoi. Je vais continuer à râler. Sinon courrier a la répression des fraudes.

The swimsuits I ordered took almost a month to arrive and the tag states “Made in China” even though the advertisement claims that they were manufactured in the USA. However, I LOVE them! The colors and patterns are beautiful and unlike any other swimsuits that I have seen online or in stores. I am keeping them as a motivation to lose weight. The Large size that I selected according to the size guide is too small and sold out so I can’t exchange.

Love the colors of the swim suits I bought. Customer service is great! Replied back to me in a timely manner and issued a refund for a discount that wasn't applied during checkout! Amazing job everyone! Shipping was a little slow - took a month from time of order.

Good quality clothes and fit to size. I would order again from here.

Do NOT order from this site unless you are confident you will never have to return anything. There is no refund/return policy and you will not get your money back. When I emailed them asking for the return authorization like their site said to do, they offered me $12, then $28 and then $33 as a final offer for my refund. The amount of my refund was significantly higher than that. After declining the $33, I was told I could ship to Dubai and pay the shipping cost to get my total refund. When I verified the Dubai address given, it's a fitness club. Total scam. I will be filing a dispute with my cc to get this charged reversed.
