Poor customer service
Poor customer service No mystery gift Bad phone number on the thank you card no answer and VM full Many wines are "out of Stock" Cannot add additional discounts on web site

The shipment took over a week to…
The shipment took over a week to arrive....we were given 4 different delivery dates from fed ex and on the fourth try we finally got the items.

Charles, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Charles we choose FedEx as we feel they are the best courier for our clients. They are one of the largest companies in the world. They seem to be struggling with deliveries due to drivers calling in sick with the virus. We are all trying our very hardest to serve our customers and offer the best experience possible. We are very sorry FedEx let you down. I am not sure if you have heard but companies are putting up fake websites to sell alcohol and are stealing peoples money which is absolutely terrible. I am happy to hear your package has shown up safely. We hope you will order from us in the future. We look forward to 'serving' you. Customer Experience Team
