I placed order with this company on 26 May 2020 and up to date i didn't receive my order and no confirmation Email . Don't place order with this company

I'm just so upset that such so called business practices are done by this company!! 5 flashlights ordered and paid for, but no products yet!! I was given a tracking number that the postal service and FedEx said that doesn't exist. Now absolutely no response from this company!! I'll be posting about my experience with this company as long as my fingers work!! And I shall be contacting facebook to see if maybe they can help us all out by stopping them from advertising on their site. Of course they can change the name of the company, but it won't be hard to figure out who they are. Everyone please please please join me to either shut them down or make them to right their wrongs done to their customers!!!!

Previously, I wrote a review on Cuzmi and how it was a SCAM and beg of you NOT to order from this from this company. My order was placed on Jan. 16th 2020. I was to received it between 8 and 13 days via FedEx. I waited and waited and waited so after 16 days and reading the previous reviews from other customers. I also thought that I was SCAM VICTIM. I contacted my bank and told them my situation. My money was reimburse and I file a complaint. Just so happened, I checked my mail on Feb 28th and there was a package for me via USPS. Lo and Behold, it was the package a Black Oil Wax Backpack. it was not as it was portrayed on the company website so I politely went to the Post Office on Monday Morning and returned it from whence it came from. I am a man that will speak truth if something was not right but will go back and speak truth if there was a correction that needed to be made. I should have received the package NLT Feb 6th 2020. I received it on Feb 28th . I tried and tried everything within my power to obtain a tracking number from Cuzmi just so I could find out the status. Nothing. I sent emails on top of emails...nothing that is why I gave them the review that I initially did. But with all that has been said and I eventually received my package. I still will never order from this company again.

How can this company/ website keep ripping people off?? I placed an order and never received it and get no response when I email them! Ripped off and scammed like everyone else who has written a review!

Please, I beg of you. DO NOT order from this company. I order the Black Oil Backpack I believe in Dec or Jan. My account was debited $67. and some odd cents. It was to be delivered between 8 and 13 business days. I waited and waited and waited. I try contacting them via Email. No Response...not so much as a Tracking Number. I contacted my bank and told them what transpired and they felt sorry for me and reimburse my money after I filed a dispute. IT IS A SCAM Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don’t order from this website. I ordered a bag 4 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. And I can’t get in touch with anyone regarding shipping. Company is BS.

Hi ordered on 27th & 28th January 2020 through online the debited 39.80 dollars from credit card and i have not received any conformation regarding the item i have send so may mail there is replay from them, while ordering they have mentioned item will be delivered in 3 days still now there is no message i think it is fraud web online site.
