I am so disappointed
I am so disappointed, I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. If you plan to do business with them, you need to protect yourself unless you have experience with website creation. From the start there was miscommunication about what I wanted to create. My representative Jason assumed he knew what I wanted to create and assured me he had done it many times. There were so many things left out and every time we talked, he told me I needed to pay for something extra. I have now paid many thousands of dollars and have a substandard site. My last payment was $3,100 for some additional pages and if they were ever created, I have no access to them. A customer representative (I think her name is Carla) called to see if I was happy and I expressed my dissatisfaction. She told me she would check into it and call back. That never happened. In fact, my last 2 emails have not been responded to. Unfortunately for me I paid for 10-year hosting. I’m afraid I have been taken advantage of. So beware before it happens to you.
