Custom Product PackagingReviews of customproductpackaging.com

John at Custom Product Packaging made sure all of my needs were met. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions, make suggestions, and ultimately help me land on a solid box for my shotgun shells! I’ll be ordering more boxes from them in the coming weeks for waterfowl and other needs!

I had open communication with Sean who is always eager to help and extremely responsive. We were very happy with the production quality and time frame.

I had an great experience with Custom Product Packaging! From start to finish, the process was seamless. Our custom coffee bags turned out beautifully, with top-notch quality that exceeded my expectations. The team made everything easy to understand and guided me through each step of the process. Special shoutout to Sean, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was on track, he kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made the experience completely stress-free. The delivery was fast, and even better than promised, which is always a huge plus. I’ll definitely be coming back for more, and I recommend them to anyone who wants top-notch custom packaging.

Neil made this process super easy! Our boxes came out beautiful, and the quality is top notch! I always recommend this company to any small business with custom packaging needs.

One of the best companies I’ve worked with for boxes and bags! They offered me a free die for the bags, and everything was delivered well before the committed time. The delivery was quick, the quality was unmatched, and the overall experience was outstanding. I’ll definitely be ordering again once we run out of stock.

Excellent work and quality only outshined by superb customer service. I’ll start by saying I thought no way the prices are that affordable (I had custom printed boxes made) and I thought the quality will be horrible. Well they arrived and surpassed my expectations. Also the turn around time was crazy fast. Still don’t know how they pulled it off. As for the man to deal with ask for Brayn. He made things go so smoothly. I was worried they wouldn’t be done and here on time and he kept me calm and walked me through each step to show how they were moving through the system. Brayn Went above and beyond good customer service and dare I say provided great customer service. And yes there is a difference when you’re waiting on a few thousand boxes. You can’t go wrong hiring this company and I will for sure be using them for more boxes and also bags next order. All custom printed and look amazing! Thanks Brayn for all your hard work and care you gave my order!
