Order never arrived
Never received my order or any shipping confirmation. Ordered in the beginning of December and sent an email asking when it would be shipped and received no response. Ordered with USPS first class shipping (3-5 days).

Cannot live up to their stated timelines
Their website advertised same day printing and shipping for certain sizes before the holidays and they have done neither. Communication with them has resulted in one email response and no order update. After 9 days, they are still offering same day printing and shipping even though they haven’t fulfilled my order. I understand small businesses are busy around the holidays, but I only chose them for their claims of same day service. The site feels more like a scam than an actual company.
