Custom PensReviews of custompens.com

The pens turned out great! I got metallic pens with our logo laser engraved - they were clearly high quality with a tactile feel on the logo, which isn't going to rub off. They were really popular at the conference I had these at. I also had to get them on a tight deadline, and Landy was adept and professional in helping me make adjustments to the logo placement and size - and importantly, they were shipped out and made it in time. Thanks Landy!

Judy always does an excellent job! she is very responsive and we receive our packages very quickly.

Great customer service and turn around time.

I waited too too long to place my order but Jean @GSJJ stepped up and gave me the best service I've ever experienced. The product came in three days early and was nicer than we could've hoped for. High-quality with fabulous service makes me a customer for life, thank you, Terry M

Quality was great and Landy was super responsive, helpful, and overall a joy to work with!

Landy was the best!!

Excellent communication during the entire process. CustomPens.com was one of four vendors we were considering. Their communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail set them apart from their competitors and I look forward to continuing to work with CustomPens.com whenever we need to restock our pens or customize a new product.

Amazing customer service, great product with great prices!!
