For the second time, we are sourcing pins from this site and working with Cathy. Our last order was very successful and I ordered a second replenishment order. When I wanted to order pins again, I thought of Cathy and she has been quick to respond and provided lovely prototypes. The price is very competitive.

Lilian has been assisting us through our ordering process! She is very prompt to reply, and goes the extra step to help with our needs with what’s best for our company! She has made it easy and enjoyable. Thank you!

I've been impressed with Rush Coins and services they offer, but I've been extremely impressed with Emily's customer service with my small project. You would have thought that I was submitting a large order with the time and attention that she gave my order. Big or small, Emily has got you covered.

Received our patches in good time. Well made and exactly as per our design. Produced a couple of samples so we could easily choose. Great service and cost all round and thanks to Lillian for support in this order. Thanks

A big thank you to Jessica, for managing and coordinating our order to be delivered correctly and just in time, after the first production was faulty (which is why, we can't give the 5* this time). A tricky yet very well done job! The patches, we received in the end are of good quality and look great! Happy to order again.

Lilian was a huge help. I tried getting a custom patch near where I live and it’s been nothing but headaches. I order here. Easy process. Great artwork of what I wanted. Helpful on small adjustments to what I wanted. 10/10 would order here for all custom ideas.
