Emily was incredible helping me and my team get the perfect custom coin. She was very timely with each redesign and I was able to make a lot of different revisions as we fine tuned our design. She was super patient and friendly, and worked with me to find the perfect fit for my team. Great customer service!

Judy provided excellent customer service. Quick responses to questions and changes in product orders. She made sure I was getting exactly what was requested. The product proofs were also quick and amazing quality, which helped in deciding what to make a final order on. I truly appreciate GSJJ and Judy’s work.

From start to finish customer service was excellent by Nancy, who took me through the process of choosing and ordering my pin badges. They are absolutely amazing. 👌🏽👌🏽😍

This was my first time ordering custom hard enamel pins and I’m so glad I went with GS-JJ. The process was easy and intuitive. The pricing was almost the same as ordering directly from a manufacturer but their customer support, communication, quality, and turnaround time was all amazing as if I had gone with a middleman company. My sales coordinator, Nancy, was especially amazing and so helpful. She worked with me to guide me through the process of creating my order and kept me updated every step of the way. I’m looking forward to ordering pins from GS-JJ again.

Nancy gave me service that was fast and high quality. She finished a modification to an order the same night, and made this experience highly recommendable because it seems very hard to make enamel pins that fast and be shipped that soon!
