Custom PensReviews of custompens.com

Fay was my personal agent that helped me through out the process. Fay is professional and kind :)

Just received the patches I ordered and I'm extremely satisfied with it. The Service was very prompt and I would like to commend Jessica for an excellent customer service that she provided! Very satisfied!

Great service with Julice. Product was good quality. Thank you!

I had great experience during making my custom enamel pins. My coordinator was Kalyn. Even before such a busy and crazy time of year before the Christmas everything was extremely on time even much earlier. Quick response. Very attentive customer service. Felt myself very secure. Highly recommended 🌞

I found GS-JJ.com through a Google search for custom lapel pins. After placing an inquiry on the website, Kalyn contacted me right away to help with my request. After receiving the initial proof, I changed the sizing. Upon receiving the second proof, I approved the order. Kalyn was extremely communicative every step of the way. When I received the final product, I was happy as the pins exceeded my expectations. I ordered 1", soft enamel pins and the texture of the metal adds definition. I highly recommend this company and this product for anyone looking for a classy lapel pin with their logo.

This is my first time using GS-JJ and Vinyl stickers. To start, their customer service and communication is great. Emily was great to deal with! They created proof after proof to perfect the coin I was designing. I have not received the coins yet but believe the quality will match their service.
