My soap boxes came out beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Frank was wonderful to work with and was very helpful in making design changes to ensure that they came out perfectly.

Paul and his team went above and beyond to not only deliver a seamless service but to ensure a long term positive relationship as well. We will be looking foreword to working with them in the future!

Very good customer service. Great products.

Chris has been so great through the entire process for all of my custom packaging. Has been a essential part of the design process as a whole and incredibly flexible and knowledgeable. I know couldn't have achieved my brand packaging to this level without his help! The end products have been nothing less than stunning - excellent quality materials and printing. Custom Packaging Lane done a super job, thank you!

Ben from Custom Packaging Lane was wonderful to work with. He was extremely accommodating and helpful with our request, and he went above and beyond to ensure that we received our custom tuck boxes on time for our event. The final product was exactly what we'd hoped for.

I was very intimidated by the idea of creating a custom box for my small soap business, but I hopped on the chat and was helped by a wonderfully knowledgeable person named Jane. She was patient and helpful and answered all of my questions, even the "dumb" ones. And the quality of my Soap boxes was amazing.

I worked with Sarah and her responses were prompt and helpful! It only took a day to finish getting my design finalized and have my order on the way. Sarah was incredibly helpful and she even sent me tracking info and checked in to ensure they were delivered. The final products looks awesome and we will be returning.

Paul is a superhero! This is my first experience buying packaging for my products and he was beyond helpful and patient. I had been really driven and excited to order packaging when personal issues and health issues got in the way. When I reached back out to Paul, I honestly expected the same treatment I got from other companies I had shopped around from: ghosting. And, honestly, I understand! The chaos that has plagued me the last few weeks has become laughable because of the ridiculousness of it all. But Paul was welcoming and supportive in my endeavor! He got the design and style right on the first bout and worked within my meager budget. I truly hope my brand takes off soon so I can continue to work with Custom Packaging Lane and Paul 🙌🏽
