I am very disappointed with this company. My colleague and I ordered 500 custom boxes at the end of April, and they said our order would be here in 13-15 business days. It is now August, and I still do not have them! I keep reaching out to customer service to ask about my order, and they keep asking for more time to locate the items. I have not received a refund either.

I continue to use custom packaging expert as they never let you down. I have purchased many orders through them. They are very reasonably priced and the orders are always despatched, usually within 24 hours and arrive the following day after dispatch. Their policy of keep the customer happy and they will keep coming back is certainly a plus with myself. They always give a 5 star service

1/3 of the cardboard boxes I ordered cracked/ripped terribly on assembly. I contacted them with photos and they responded at first saying they would check with the warehouse but then wouldn't respond back. I've followed up a handful of times and they have stopped responding all together. Very disappointed as 1/3 of the order is completely unusable. It's been half a year since my order.

I have worked with Hector for 3 different projects, Hector and his team are very responsive and keep you updated with every aspect of each project. We printed product boxes and stickers and every item turned out perfect. Highly recommend!

Sam was absolutely amazing!! He is very transparent and honest. He placed a rush on an important project and it came through even earlier than expected. I was delighted that the boxes didn't require me to do a lot of assembling. It will be a joy to continue to work with Sam and his team.
