Easy, not excellent but great and still love it
The process of ordering and approving the proof was easy. The quality of the stitching wasn't quite as good as I was expecting but I still love the sweaters and would recommend the site!

Great embroidery and accurate sizing!
I ordered a t-shirt and two hoodies. The custom embroidery quality is excellent—very detailed and looks exactly like the approved proofs. The proof approval process was remarkably fast, and the customer support team operates at a very high level. A tip for other buyers: the size chart is actually true to size! I made a mistake on my first hoodie order by listening to third-party reviews and ordering a size up, which ended up being too big. Stick to the provided size chart and your usual size. The hoodie fabric is on the thinner, lightweight side rather than a heavy fleece. Overall, very pleased with how the embroidery turned out and the helpful customer support!
