Custom Magnets DirectReviews of custommagnetsdirect.com

Tim did a terrific job! Followed up the order to be sure everything was good and even asked when a good time to follow up with me would be ok. So he's not bugging me all the time but will call as I need. Much appreciated.

James was awesome. I have a lot of signs to make and I look forward to working with him.

Timothy Lee, an Account Manager with your organization offered superb customer service to our organization on our first order with Custom Magnets. Timothy was always there when I needed answers and also offered design assistance for the project I was working on. Because of him, we will continue to utilize the services of Custom Magnets.

We use CMagnets often for promo materials for shows, marketing campaigns, client visits, etc. Custom Magnets created a great ear-shaped magnet that is just the right size, color combination and message. We have been using them for years for these magnets, among other promo materials, and the process is always easy, pricing good and customer service is excellent. I recommend anyone use custommagnetsdirect.com for all their magnet promo needs.

I placed an order for magnets last week and I had the best customer service experience ever. From placing the order and waiting for my proof, until I received the package, the entire process was easy and straightforward. I called several times to check on my order and everybody was very helpful and nice. I recommend Custom Magnets Direct to everybody with confidence.
