So far in my order process I have been very impressed with Custom Magnets Direct. I chatted with an agent who was very helpful and got the proof a few hours later. I then received a call from Jennifer Curtis my account executive making sure everything was in order. Custom Magnets Direct rocks!!! They were incredibly patient as I tweaked my proof till it was perfect, then I received the finished magnets less than a week later. And they look great--the colors are super vibrant and glossy. I also love that the magnets are made out of recycled materials.
