My experience with Custom Made Packaging has been nothing but amazing. Everyone I’ve worked with are responsive and helpful. They are very professional and get the job done. Matthew did an amazing job in answering my questions, which really appreciated.

Olivia was my point of contact, and she was incredibly cooperative throughout the design process. I asked her to help design the packaging for my shampoo bar, incorporating an elegant floral touch, and she absolutely nailed it. I love how the design turned out, and she definitely deserves this 5-star rating without any hesitation.

I love the design that they made for my T-shirts. No complaints 100% satisfy with the experience.

Everything was on point. I requested dozens of changes to my design, and they handled each one without any issues. Throughout the entire process, I observed a high level of professionalism—no unnecessary follow-ups and clear solutions to every question I had.

Love how fast shipping was I worry about the payment but everything was real and ordering was simple. They told me to send the box details and design and on the same day I received the quote and then after agreeing on the quantity they send the payment link and shared the ETA. Quality is amazing and boxes are sturdy too.
