Custom Lux PCsReviews of customluxpcs.com

I’m so grateful to have worked with Custom Lux! He consulted with me, helped me get a build that works in my budget. The computer was expertly shipped, and it’s been running perfectly. Every part of the experience was smooth, well-communicated, and supported. I appreciate that even when I was setting things up, he helped me, making sure I had everything correct. I’m so happy with the computer I got, and it’s done everything I’ve put it through exceptionally well.

Patrick worked with me on a custom build that was tailored to my specific requirements. He was in constant communication with me to ensure validity of the build. Final Product was top-notch and would recommend Custom Lux for any PC build.

I had an outstanding experience working with Pat on building this machine from start to finish. From the beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions I didn’t even know I had. That level of expertise and attention made a big difference in getting everything dialed in exactly right. The entire process was smooth—communication was consistent, clear, and professional the whole way through. When the system arrived, it was packaged extremely well and showed up in perfect condition. The end result is a powerful AI workstation that I’m absolutely loving. It performs exactly how I hoped it would and then some. Overall, great service, great communication, and a great final product. I highly recommend working with Pat if you’re considering a custom build.

Pat, the owner - was simply painless to deal with. I was building a PC to optimized AI work and he dealt patiently and thoroughly with me. Through every. single. step. Twenty emails later (my fault, I'm very picky) we had the exact build I wanted and cheaper that the nearest competitor by nearly $1000CAD. My biggest hang up was his location. I am in western Canada, he is in the eastern United States. I was worried about cross-border shipping, and he was a pro at it, even refunding me the difference for an unexpected custom charge. When it arrived it was well-packed and ready to go. I've had zero issues. I cannot recommend this business high enough.

Had great experience with Pat. He helped me throughout the process and answered questions to help me find the best parts for my use case. Always respond very fast. Highly recommend.

My experience with this company was the absolute best!!! Before purchasing all my questions were answered promptly and I felt comfortable with asking as many questions as I could. This purchase was for my 15 year old son whom games and needed something better. The computer was well packaged and the set up was so easy! Thank you for making my sons first purchase the best.

Made building my new PC an absolute breeze and his customer service is truly incredible. I will only be getting my computers from CustomLux going forward until he stops building them. Truly one of a kind!
