ZERO STARS – ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. AVOID CUSTOMJOY GIFTS! My experience with CustomJoy Gifts has been absolutely appalling, and I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to STAY WELL AWAY. I ordered two custom-made hoodies and instead received two sweatshirts. Not only was my order completely wrong, but the quality was absolutely shocking. For a company selling personalised gifts, this is simply unacceptable. When I emailed to complain, I was initially told that my correct order would be sent out. Despite being thoroughly disappointed with both the products and the quality, I was willing to give this company a second chance to put things right. THREE WEEKS LATER, NOTHING. NO CORRECT ORDER. NO REFUND. NO RESPONSE. I have sent multiple emails chasing this up, and they have now completely ignored me. Once they had my money, apparently customer service went out of the window. This whole experience has been beyond frustrating. Sending the wrong products, providing extremely poor quality items, promising to rectify the situation and then disappearing without resolving anything is utterly unacceptable. This is the kind of experience that makes customers feel completely ripped off. I feel misled by the way this situation has been handled, and the complete lack of communication is disgraceful. I will not be ordering from this company again, and I would urge anyone else to think very carefully before handing over their hard-earned money. A reputable business takes responsibility for its mistakes, communicates with its customers and resolves complaints. CustomJoy Gifts has failed spectacularly on all three counts in my experience. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. AVOID CUSTOMJOY GIFTS. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I have place three orders with Custom Joy so far and I’m sure there will be more! Their products are well made and the engraving so precise and perfect! In addition to all that their production speed and shipping is fast and their customer service is awesome!
